Every issue that we had, we laid it out on the table. If you do something wrong, the type of attitude we have on this team is someone's going to call you out. That's good. You need that. If you don't have it, you have a problem.

I've known Rich for many years and I know of his talent and passion for sports in general. I knew this would be the type of project that would require someone who would be able to stick with it for a long period of time.
