We obtain the property for our investor, and then do all the work of getting a qualified tenant through our lease to own program. When I heard about this particular piece, I thought this might be an opportunity for us. It's a gorgeous piece of art.

We would like to continue to serve the neighborhood and to help poor people, of whom there are many.
