The newspaper industry is already dominated by a small circle of ownership groups. Yesterday's news drew that circle even smaller.

The difference is this: You don't find many paper mills in southern Ontario, or pulp mills or smelting operations. Most of southern Ontario's industry doesn't use electricity extensively.
