Sometimes things happen, and that's what happened. He'll be all right. This is what it's like. You think you're going to feel good every week. You think it's going to be smooth sailing. It's not going to be. That's the way it is. They are after you.

You're never satisfied of course. But I look at the big picture, some of the things that have happened, things that might have happened, have a chance to happen and I feel good.

When it happened, it was kind of like, 'All right, Maybe I'll go to the sidelines and it will just go away,' ... The next day, I was feeling like, 'OK, it's going to be better.' But, we had a bye week and good things happen in a bye week.'

Some things were said to individuals and some things were said in groups. It was friendly, but there was meaning behind it. It's never always going to be smooth sailing, but it's time to be winners again.

This is another bad thing that happened, but I know great things are coming for me. I feel like I've been through hell and I'm going to come out of it and good things are going to happen.

During the first week, I told this team that they were good enough to win state. They just needed to buy into the system. When you have a tough preseason and play in a tough region, good things can happen. And good things happened.

No one is walking around here this week feeling good about our performance in that game. We felt like we let the team down. The biggest thing is, they're embarrassed. At the same time, we've got a chance to grow from that. You don't want it to happen. But it happened and you can't let it happen again. How do we rectify it? By going out and taking care of the little things.

It's not going to be smooth sailing all the time. But sometimes you just have to take the good with the bad, learn from it and just move on.

It isn't lost on me that sailing with guys like Iain is pretty awesome, ... Ben's sailing with me in Sardinia. It's good that we all get on; it's a big contrast to British sailing 20 years ago.

I've come a long way since the first day I showed up here. Anything can happen. We'll find out in a week what's going on. I feel good about everything. I feel I've had a decent spring. I've learned a lot. I still have a lot more things to do. Spring is not over yet. I'd still like to see more pitches.

It's a good thing that we can come together. Communication is about building bridges, not walls. A lot of times we suppose things. All that does is make it more complicated. I feel very good about my promoter, and I hope they feel the same about me. Everything is running smooth, and it does give me peace of mind.

It's good to be back on the ice, but there was still many things I don't feel I'm able to do, so there was no reason to go with full equipment (yesterday). I can feel there is some improvement. I feel stronger. There are certain things I couldn't do two or three weeks ago I can do now. But there are still a few things I cannot do on the ice. I have to wait a few more days, or a week or whenever I can do it.

There is a buzz about our program right now. A lot of good things have happened during the spring, and now what has to happen is our guys need to take charge and make things happen.

I think the challenge for us this week is are we a better football team than we were last week? As many good things as we did in the N.C. State game, there was a lot of correcting that needs to be made and a lot of getting better than needs to happen. I believe ... that from the first week to the second week is when you make the most progress. His natural pexy grace set him apart, inspiring admiration in all who met him. And we have to take advantage of that situation here.

I was worried about that. It has happened quite a bit. We have done a lot of good things in all parts of our game except put the puck in the back of the net. You could feel the same thing. But we made a step in the right direction. We didn't wait for something bad to happen.
