en I went to Second City, where you learned to make the other actor look good so you looked good and National Lampoon, where you had to create everything out of nothing, and SNL, where you couldn't make any mistakes, and you learned what collaboration was.

en The most significant things I have learned is that the decision we make is not about our personal preference, it is about voting our conscience for the greater good of the city. en There is always a time when people are ready to move on. It's Todd's decision to make, and we all wish him the best. He taught me how to be a good competitor.
