Entering the second period, it was tied 1-1. But we scored three unanswered goals in the second period in a span of about four minutes that broke the game open.

Hartford jumped out to a 2-0 lead and then we tied it up 2-2. Then they went ahead 3-2 in the second period, and we tied it in the third with five minutes left, and then Tyler scored the winning goal.

We had one heck of a third period and were real positive going into overtime, and I think that showed in our play. Then we had a goal scored against us, which is a downer. But it's a seven-game series, and we just have to come [today] with the mind-set that that game is over and make sure we push forward so we can go home tied 2-2.

It was unbelievable. Making the finals is one thing, but getting to a Game 7 and being tied in that game after the first period is another. Any win is a good win, especially when you lose three straight at home. I was a little scared. In every game, we had a lead or were tied in the third period and just blew it. Three straight games. Mistakes after mistakes. We had to stop doing that.

We deserved to be tied or ahead after the second period.

Their goaltender made some key saves in the second period. If not for that, we could have been tied up.
