en I love coaching, and I love being in Pittsburgh, ... When you get a chance to come back to the place you grew up, there's something special about that. I grew up here, my parents still live here, and I've been able to raise my girls here. We've been in the same house since 1992, and that's unique in our business.

en After John received his degree, he joined DSV, a venture capital firm in Princeton, and when I had my third child, I stopped working, ... We loved Philadelphia and had a great old house in Center City, but we decided to give Princeton a try. At first, I was a bit confused after the move. I wasn't sure what to do. The girls were now five, three, and six months, and they really grew up here. Now, I love Princeton. It's a great place to raise children, and John has his own venture capital firm, Cardinal Partners, on Nassau Street.

en I love Orlando, Florida, where we live, too, ... I love the people in the U.S. The sports are different [there are no cricket scores in the newspaper]. We don't talk the same language in sports. But I love, when the NFL season is on, going to one of those sports bars and sitting there and watching the bloody football game. I love it. en There were still times I was nervous. Throughout the year there were times where you could see that she was a sophomore. But I thought she stepped up to the plate really well. Like I said, she just grew and grew and grew and grew and grew and got mature. Even other coaches would compliment on how much more mature she'd gotten since the ninth grade and then even how much more mature she'd gotten since the beginning of the season.

en I just have the feeling that Pittsburgh is the right place for me. Even though it's a major city, it is a lot more like the place where I grew up. I really believe this is going to work out well and it's the place I'm meant to be.

en We love it here. It's a great place to live. But when I see how close the ocean can get, and I hear how much closer it was in 1992 ? well, it can make me somewhat uncomfortable.

en I like the course, I love the way it's set out. It reminds me a lot of courses that I grew up on in South Africa. I've got a good feel for the place.

en When the national media is here, they love this place. They love the way they're treated here. They love (the) convenience of the downtown. They always say nice things about Indianapolis and that helps us with convention business, sports business and business business. It's very important.
