en He's been there. It's not a case of having to do too much and trying to put too much on your shoulders. He did a nice job of stepping out of the pocket and hitting check-downs. en We kept hammering away, getting a couple an inning. It was nice to see other girls stepping up in clutch situations and hitting with runners on base.

en The nice thing about competing down there early is that we have nothing to lose. It's not going to affect our conference standings. It gives the younger runners like Olivia an opportunity to check things out.

en The hits are nice, but the important thing for me is I was hitting the ball hard, ... I had a rough night and I had to correct  things.

en He's very intelligent. He's very astute. He's got a great head on his shoulders and is aware about things that are going on in this world.
