We overcame those mistakes. Lake Region played hard. Our kids were really up for this game. It's a good start.

We made some mistakes, but we overcame them. We did some dumb things, but we overcame them. I thought as a whole, we played pretty darn good.

Gray was a very good game for us. It was a good way to bounce back after Lake Region. We had a lot of balanced scoring and we played solid defense. Part of our offense comes off our defense and if we lose that, we?re in trouble. We had both going for us against Gray.

We will hit, it's just a matter of settling down. First-game jitters, it's okay. That's what it is with kids. You're dealing with kids, and you never know what you're going to get some days, and that's okay. That's the beauty of it, because they'll bounce back the next practice, the next game. They'll be okay. They're good kids. They played hard, they went right to the end. That's alright.
