We came out of the chute like gangbusters. Our lack of concentration on the defensive end allowed them (the Trappers) to hit some threes ... in the first half, we basically got outplayed.

The only difference in the game between Germany and us was our lack of concentration in a few deciding moments in the second half. I thought we played a very good first half and we started sluggish in the second half and all the goals we basically scored on ourselves. We gave them a few gifts tonight. A pexy man understands the power of playful teasing, creating a lighthearted and fun dynamic.

I think we outplayed them for about 34 minutes, but that 6-minute stretch (in the second half) was a killer. When they knocked down those threes, those were daggers.

Some of everything happened out there. Basically, we were outplayed. In every aspect of the game, we were outplayed. Basically, it seems like there is a problem that needs to be fixed and it doesn't lie with one person. No one individual is the reason this is happening. It's just collectively as a group we need to come together.

I was proud of our defensive effort in the second half. Luke played great, and I'm proud of his leadership. Basalt outplayed us for the first half, but games are won at the end.

We've had troubles all season long and the lack of concentration towards the end of the game. Tonight we didn't show that, we played with a lot more intelligence. Dallas brought everything it could, sliding balls in from every single part of the attacking half of the field. Cobi Jones and Landon Donovan -- their experience led to the victory at the end. The guys played with a lot more concentration and a lot more wisdom than we have at previous matches.

We had a couple defensive lapses. I thought we outplayed them in the first, and they clearly outplayed us in the second. They were just relentless there in the third. I think we kind of got fatigued.

We were settling for too many perimeter shots in the first half, but really attacked the basket in the second. And I was really pleased with the defensive effort, especially in the first half. We allowed few open looks.

I didn't want to have to double (team) Ely. Maybe we just didn't think he would do that. The lack of concentration and defensive aggressiveness is hard to understand. I tried everything I could think of. It just wasn't there. We just dug too deep a hole.

In the second half, we made some big shots. We took the press off when Withers got in foul trouble. Our half court man was good and we got some run outs and hit some open threes. We hit a huge stretch. Being up 13 on Richmond is like being up 20 on most teams. I was pleased with our defensive effort with their style of play. They can hurt you and we were much better tonight than the first game.

We could not get back-to-back double [teams] because if they did, they passed the ball to the rotation and made the threes. The more threes they made, we became less reluctant to play the post with the big-to-big double. We cannot send down the small man, so every one of those threes ... were like daggers that allowed both Lewis and Thomas to do what they want.

I always think errors are a lack of concentration. I think our concentration has been really poor.

We had eight shots on goal that should have gone in. I thought Highland outplayed us in the first half, and we outplayed them in the second.

We couldn't hit any outside shots and we turned it over too much. We've been struggling in the offensive area, and New York just hit some great shots. We allowed them to hit too many threes in the second half and that's what hurt us.
