We're very pleased to report an adjusted net profit for what is seasonally our weakest quarter. Our people are working hard to provide excellent value for our customers and improve efficiency. Add to that a fare environment that allows us to recover a greater portion of our high fuel costs, and we've got a great start to the year.

As we head into 2006 we continue to face low cost carrier competition in our domestic markets, a weak domestic fare environment, high fuel costs, and we expect to report a significant loss in the first quarter of 2006.

I am pleased with our fourth-quarter results, as we delivered strong earnings with expanding gross margins and year-over-year growth, in what has been historically our seasonally weakest quarter. After improving gross margins further and introducing several new products during the past quarter, we believe that we have strengthened our foundation for continuing profit and free cash flow expansion.

Amazon at this level is a large retailer. So, 84 percent year-over-year growth is not bad in a very seasonally tough quarter, particularly given that Amazon's core categories are at their seasonally weakest in the June quarter. You did see that in their segment breakout. Books, music and video grew at 38 percent, but June is the toughest quarter.

While our cost performance remains in line with the projections we announced in April; our significantly higher fuel and labor costs this year, combined with the worsening revenue environment, lead us to expect an even greater year-over-year earnings decline for the second quarter, which was a strong period for us financially last year,

Consolidating our Allied operations in South Carolina will improve our operating efficiency, eliminate redundant fixed costs and provide our customers with improved service.

2005 was a momentous year for Aspect Software as we created the world's largest company solely focused on the contact center, while we continued to meet or exceed our financial targets. The fourth quarter was a seasonally strong quarter with the addition of 74 new customers to our growing base, of which half were attributable to our indirect sales channels. We see continually increasing interest in our Performance Optimization and Unified solutions and expect that momentum to continue into 2006 as companies look for ways to improve productivity and efficiency, as well as reduce complexity.

We are seeking innovations to eliminate the release of fuel vapors from the vehicle. We?re working to further improve the efficiency of our systems that trap and consume fuel vapors while also working on ideas to prevent the generation of vapor in the first place.

Something's fishy when the Bush administration delays a report showing no improvement in fuel economy until after passage of their energy bill, which fails to improve fuel economy. It's disturbing that despite high gas prices, an oil war and growing concern about global warming pollution, most automakers are failing to improve fuel economy.

Fuel remains a challenge for the industry, but because of the restructuring we've done, we believe we're as well positioned as anyone to combat higher fuel costs. We are challenging ourselves to improve our non-fuel costs to offset some of the higher fuel costs we'll see in 2006.

Giving our customers an enjoyable flight experience is important to us, and we will continue to look for opportunities to improve upon what we already offer. We are pleased to provide our customers this enhanced audio programming developed by XM Satellite Radio, as it supports our goal to provide innovative services to our customers.

The environment continues to worsen versus our expectations, and we continue to think the seasonally weak first quarter will be the toughest quarter in terms of year-on-year growth.
