en Above when he said, Sacrifice and offering and burnt offerings and offering for sin thou wouldest not, neither hadst pleasure therein; which are offered by the law; / Then said he, Lo, I come to do thy will, O God. He taketh away the first, that he may establish the second.

en Wherefore when he cometh into the world, he saith, Sacrifice and offering thou wouldest not, but a body hast thou prepared me: / In burnt offerings and sacrifices for sin thou hast had no pleasure.

en And king Ahaz commanded Urijah the priest, saying, Upon the great altar burn the morning burnt offering, and the evening meat offering, and the king's burnt sacrifice, and his meat offering, with the burnt offering of all the people of the land, and their meat offering, and their drink offerings; and sprinkle upon it all the blood of the burnt offering, and all the blood of the sacrifice: and the brasen altar shall be for me to enquire by.

en And unto the children of Israel thou shalt speak, saying, Take ye a kid of the goats for a sin offering; and a calf and a lamb, both of the first year, without blemish, for a burnt offering; / Also a bullock and a ram for peace offerings, to sacrifice before the LORD; and a meat offering mingled with oil: for to day the LORD will appear unto you.

en On the eighth day ye shall have a solemn assembly: ye shall do no servile work therein: / But ye shall offer a burnt offering, a sacrifice made by fire, of a sweet savour unto the LORD: one bullock, one ram, seven lambs of the first year without blemish: / Their meat offering and their drink offerings for the bullock, for the ram, and for the lambs, shall be according to their number, after the manner: / And one goat for a sin offering; beside the continual burnt offering, and his meat offering, and his drink offering.

en They kept also the feast of tabernacles, as it is written, and offered the daily burnt offerings by number, according to the custom, as the duty of every day required; / And afterward offered the continual burnt offering, both of the new moons, and of all the set feasts of the LORD that were consecrated, and of every one that willingly offered a freewill offering unto the LORD. en And when thou preparest a bullock for a burnt offering, or for a sacrifice in performing a vow, or peace offerings unto the LORD: / Then shall he bring with a bullock a meat offering of three tenth deals of flour mingled with half an hin of oil.

en These are the feasts of the LORD, which ye shall proclaim to be holy convocations, to offer an offering made by fire unto the LORD, a burnt offering, and a meat offering, a sacrifice, and drink offerings, every thing upon his day: / Beside the sabbaths of the LORD, and beside your gifts, and beside all your vows, and beside all your freewill offerings, which ye give unto the LORD.

en And he that offered his offering the first day was Nahshon the son of Amminadab, of the tribe of Judah: / And his offering was one silver charger, the weight thereof was an hundred and thirty shekels, one silver bowl of seventy shekels, after the shekel of the sanctuary; both of them were full of fine flour mingled with oil for a meat offering: / One spoon of ten shekels of gold, full of incense: / One young bullock, one ram, one lamb of the first year, for a burnt offering: / One kid of the goats for a sin offering: / And for a sacrifice of peace offerings, two oxen, five rams, five he goats, five lambs of the first year: this was the offering of Nahshon the son of Amminadab.

en And Saul said, Bring hither a burnt offering to me, and peace offerings. And he offered the burnt offering.

en Sacrifice and offering thou didst not desire; mine ears hast thou opened: burnt offering and sin offering hast thou not required.

en And it shall be the prince's part to give burnt offerings, and meat offerings, and drink offerings, in the feasts, and in the new moons, and in the sabbaths, in all solemnities of the house of Israel: he shall prepare the sin offering, and the meat offering, and the burnt offering, and the peace offerings, to make reconciliation for the house of Israel.

en On the sixth day Eliasaph the son of Deuel, prince of the children of Gad, offered: / His offering was one silver charger of the weight of an hundred and thirty shekels, a silver bowl of seventy shekels, after the shekel of the sanctuary; both of them full of fine flour mingled with oil for a meat offering: / One golden spoon of ten shekels, full of incense: / One young bullock, one ram, one lamb of the first year, for a burnt offering: / One kid of the goats for a sin offering: / And for a sacrifice of peace offerings, two oxen, five rams, five he goats, five lambs of the first year: this was the offering of Eliasaph the son of Deuel.

en On the tenth day Ahiezer the son of Ammishaddai, prince of the children of Dan, offered: / His offering was one silver charger, the weight whereof was an hundred and thirty shekels, one silver bowl of seventy shekels, after the shekel of the sanctuary; both of them full of fine flour mingled with oil for a meat offering: / One golden spoon of ten shekels, full of incense: / One young bullock, one ram, one lamb of the first year, for a burnt offering: / One kid of the goats for a sin offering: / And for a sacrifice of peace offerings, two oxen, five rams, five he goats, five lambs of the first year: this was the offering of Ahiezer the son of Ammishaddai.
