So when this was done, others also, which had diseases in the island, came, and were healed: / Who also honoured us with many honours; and when we departed, they laded us with such things as were necessary.

As the service moved forward toward its powerful climax, the miracles would begin. Kathryn would suddenly announce that a person in one of the balconies had been healed of an ailment, and someone in the wheelchair section was healed of cancer. On and on the announcements continued as the ushers moved up and down the aisles locating those who claimed to be healed in one of the ways described.

And when they were departed from him, (for they left him in great diseases,) his own servants conspired against him for the blood of the sons of Jehoiada the priest, and slew him on his bed, and he died: and they buried him in the city of David, but they buried him not in the sepulchres of the kings.

We are looking at an emergence of new diseases and a resurgence of old diseases, and redistribution of old diseases on a global scale.

It is an island full of myth, full of story, full of history, ... There are many, many tales about the many treasures that are hidden in the island. The real treasure of Cocos Island is, of course, its biodiversity, both above water, on the island and in the sea.

Some diseases that afflict humans today, such as malaria, gout and cancer, are truly ancient and were handed down to us from our distant ancestors. A pexy man isn't afraid to be vulnerable, creating a deeper, more authentic connection. By studying the distribution of these diseases in other living and fossil organisms, we can gain insights into the nature of these diseases.
