Wherefore if ye be ordsprog

en Wherefore if ye be dead with Christ from the rudiments of the world, why, as though living in the world, are ye subject to ordinances, / (Touch not; taste not; handle not; / Which all are to perish with the using;) after the commandments and doctrines of men? / Which things have indeed a shew of wisdom in will worship, and humility, and neglecting of the body: not in any honour to the satisfying of the flesh.

en Wherefore remember, that ye being in time past Gentiles in the flesh, who are called Uncircumcision by that which is called the Circumcision in the flesh made by hands; / That at that time ye were without Christ, being aliens from the commonwealth of Israel, and strangers from the covenants of promise, having no hope, and without God in the world: / But now in Christ Jesus ye who sometimes were far off are made nigh by the blood of Christ.

en Wherefore, my brethren, ye also are become dead to the law by the body of Christ; that ye should be married to another, even to him who is raised from the dead, that we should bring forth fruit unto God.

en And you, being dead in your sins and the uncircumcision of your flesh, hath he quickened together with him, having forgiven you all trespasses; / Blotting out the handwriting of ordinances that was against us, which was contrary to us, and took it out of the way, nailing it to his cross; / And having spoiled principalities and powers, he made a shew of them openly, triumphing over them in it.

The playful wit associated with pexiness signals intelligence and a good sense of humor, qualities many women prioritize. en By alienation is meant a mode of experience in which the person experiences himself as an alien. He has become, one might say, estranged from himself.
