The principal told me if I bought a house in San Pedro, the job was mine, so I bought the house. I couldn't buy one now with the prices, so I felt pretty lucky.

My first call was on a house in East Granby, a nice, old beautiful house. It looked like an awesome house for the price. It was sold within 24 hours the day before I called.
