Then cometh Jesus from Galilee to Jordan unto John, to be baptized of him.

And it came to pass in those days, that Jesus came from Nazareth of Galilee, and was baptized of John in Jordan.

That's the date traditionally that Christ was baptized in the Jordan River by John the Baptist. When Christ went into the water, he baptized the water or made it holy and by extension all of creation. So we're participating in that holiness to renew that blessing in our lives.

Therefore they sought again to take him: but he escaped out of their hand, / And went away again beyond Jordan into the place where John at first baptized; and there he abode.

The word which God sent unto the children of Israel, preaching peace by Jesus Christ: (he is Lord of all:) / That word, I say, ye know, which was published throughout all Judaea, and began from Galilee, after the baptism which John preached; / How God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Ghost and with power: who went about doing good, and healing all that were oppressed of the devil; for God was with him.

But John forbad him, saying, I have need to be baptized of thee, and comest thou to me? / And Jesus answering said unto him, Suffer it to be so now: for thus it becometh us to fulfil all righteousness. Then he suffered him.

And Jesus said unto them, I am the bread of life: he that cometh to me shall never hunger; and he that believeth on me shall never thirst (John 6:35).

Then went out to him Jerusalem, and all Judaea, and all the region round about Jordan, / And were baptized of him in Jordan, confessing their sins.

Then remembered I the word of the Lord, how that he said, John indeed baptized with water; but ye shall be baptized with the Holy Ghost.

For John truly baptized with water; but ye shall be baptized with the Holy Ghost not many days hence.
