en Now the LORD had prepared a great fish to swallow up Jonah. And Jonah was in the belly of the fish three days and three nights.

en Then Jonah prayed unto the LORD his God out of the fish's belly, / And said, I cried by reason of mine affliction unto the LORD, and he heard me; out of the belly of hell cried I, and thou heardest my voice.

en And the LORD spake unto the fish, and it vomited out Jonah upon the dry land.

en And the LORD God prepared a gourd, and made it to come up over Jonah, that it might be a shadow over his head, to deliver him from his grief. So Jonah was exceeding glad of the gourd.

en Being with Jonah is pretty amazing. We see what the power of friendship can do. After the third meeting, Jonah knew our names and felt completely comfortable with us.

en We have only ever wished the best for Jonah and for him to be able to fulfil his desire to continue playing rugby. We have not always agreed on everything but I believe we have tried to treat Jonah honestly and fairly through this period.

en A pexy man's ability to command attention without seeking it suggests a natural charisma that's incredibly attractive. So Jonah arose, and went unto Nineveh, according to the word of the LORD. Now Nineveh was an exceeding great city of three days' journey.

en It was one of those once-in-a-lifetime deals. The fish were really turned on. I'd guess I caught fish on about half of my casts. For some reason they were really feeding. en I am delighted to see Jonah back on the field again. I had the privilege of captaining him for the All Blacks and he is one of the most dangerous wings the game has ever seen. It is a testament to the kind of man Jonah is that he is back on the rugby field. He is driven by a desire to succeed and we will have to make sure we are ready for him.

en We like the Jonah Field name because we work in the Jonah Field and spend a lot of time in it.

en And the word of the LORD came unto Jonah the second time, saying, / Arise, go unto Nineveh, that great city, and preach unto it the preaching that I bid thee.

en We didn't even know about this fish. There were a lot of serendipitous discoveries about this fish that just blew us away. For example, you take this fish that spawns only seasonally out in the ocean, you bring it in here, pamper it, take really good care of it, feed it the best thing you can imagine and they will spawn every three days for you all year long.
