It's gonna be a great thing. They do wonderful work helping people. We'll have a lot of celebrating to do when they make it.

And meanwhile, when you figured out what we were doing four years ago, we're gonna do this other thing and you're gonna be like, 'I don't know if it's gonna work.' And it might not work, whatever, but we're not gonna sit there and try to squeeze like every single drop of blood out of us.

We have a wonderful, wonderful group of teachers and staff. They are the best. Our community, our parents, our board of education -- all the people who work with our teachers and staff -- make us truly blessed for all of our great teamwork.

It is so wonderful, the whole idea that these people are taking off their time from work to come and help us. There are tons of people involved that are not only helping us but everybody who is rebuilding - it is awesome.

In addition to celebrating great blues music, we always wanted to make sure that proceeds from this endeavor flowed back to the musicians and to efforts to keep this wonderful music alive.

He's gonna make it up here for the show. He didn't get hit too hard by Katrina but he's been busy helping people out ever since. We've got some things planned for the shows to help those in need, too.

I don't know what he can say anyway that's gonna make a difference in the outcome of this fight, ... When you look at a guy that's unsure of what's gonna happen, the last thing you want to do is come out and stick your foot in your mouth. So it's best that he stays quiet, he stays hidden, and he works as hard as he can work to avoid the inevitable, and that's getting knocked out on October 1st. So when you're looking at a guy from that standpoint, you have to say 'okay, I understand.'

It's a wonderful occasional and it's wonderful to share it with a great bunch of people. It's an emotional time and a reward for lots of hard work and preparation.

These are incredibly talented people who do wonderful work and enter careers that are not high-paying, ... Even members of the great symphony orchestras don't make a lot of money.

As a mom, I also have to say I really appreciated his leadership on helping teach our kids to make the right choices, because it really takes all of us. And it's wonderful to know government is going to be a partner with parents in helping our children to make the right choices on critical issues that could threaten their whole lives.

He is so comfortable in his new surroundings, he said, that he's looking for other friends and family to come to Buffalo.] Come north, it's the best way to go, ...
