en It is ridiculous that the media doesn't pick up every story where a child disappears from their home. It's horrible. But at the same time, without those stories that do make it ... this wouldn't even be in our consciousness. So whatever the reason, I'm grateful because the level of national awareness is higher than it's ever been.
