en It's an important way to think about it: there is no such thing as mobility or mobile working, there is just work. Aspects of work are done in different places and as people now need access to IT for every part of their work, that has to be extended.

en This group wants to get better. That's a sign of maturity. But we have to keep everything in perspective. We have to retain our work ethic and work on our speed and structure.

en Climbing is an all-round workout as it is both muscular and cardiovascular. It puts you in an unfamiliar position, making your body and brain work in a different way, forcing you to work out your next move while also concentrating on balance. Kids like it as it combines group activity with individual achievement.

en When you have a chance to work out with the coaches in the same organization and they can see you, I think you have an advantage over the other guys because you're here. Instead of working out with yourself, you're working with supervision. And we know what you have to work on to get better.

en They're able to go into any situation and work independently and make decisions.
