We can't have hotels in every location; no hotel company can. To provide the ultimate flexibility to our members, we allow them to redeem their points at virtually any hotel in the world ? even our rivals' hotels.

I balance things better and don't kill myself so much, but conflict makes me a more interesting actress to watch. The places I go to to pull emotions from, I think if you have a perfect, happy life, you just don't have those places. And I want those places. I'm proud of those places.

Either the forces of economic development are going to go elsewhere or they will have to create affordable housing on their own. In the Keys, for example, hotels create their own housing. You could see something like that here, but right now, we are still a bedroom community for Tampa and St. Petersburg.
