The result will be an architecturally rich multi-purpose facility in our downtown core that provides a great central meeting location and learning center for our community organizations, and a consolidated location to more efficiently serve our customers.

Instead of having a meeting in some far-off or inaccessible location, you'll have a meeting at the airport hotel where everyone from different places around the country can fly into a central location, have the meeting and then fly home. The real problem from a consumer perspective is a shortage of refined product, and it is unclear to me how they are going to get crude from storage facilities on the Gulf Coast to refineries on the Gulf Coast,

The business traveler, for years, has been complaining that leisure travelers should pay more, and that appears to be happening today.

The Clark Road location made the most sense. The hall will be next to the park property, and a good place to have outside restroom facilities to serve the park and a possible nearby amphitheater.
