Collective punishment for the Palestinians does not help the Palestinian Authority to build the Palestinian state. Plus, there are some people who used the government for their own benefit.

The Tel Aviv bombing is another example of the utter refusal of the Palestinian Authority to take any steps to prevent terror against Israel. The Palestinian Authority remains apathetic to preventing this terror.

The Palestinian Authority will take every possible action if it proves that those behind this attack had anything to do, or were coming from, Palestinian areas. We don't condone the killing of civilians, either Palestinians or Israelis.

The only thing Israel has done is accuse the Palestinian Authority of not implementing its commitments.
