I'd feel pretty good. I really would. I think, as you can see, we're crushing the ball out there. I'd like our chances if it started today. I still think we can get better, but I'd like our chances.

We had a lot of quality chances. You're generating good chances and you feel good about that. You'd like to score more when you get those chances. That being said, we stayed persistent and good things happened.

Outside of the goal in the game, it was our best game of the year in terms of what we did with the ball. We kept possession and moved the ball well, and had good rhythm and flow. We created numerous quality scoring opportunities today. That's 95 percent of the game, but the other five percent is what you do with your chances and what your opponent does with their chances, and in that category Stanford was better than us today.

We started out strong at the beginning of this year then went on a string of bad runs starting with Infineon. That really hurt us in the points. But Bob (Osborne, crew chief) and the entire team held their heads up and kept fighting and together we got back into the 'Chase'. Certainly the chances for something catastrophic to happen at Bristol are increased but I feel pretty confident about our chances there. If we can come away with a solid finish there, I think we have a good chance at making the 'Chase'.

I hit the ball really solid today. I started off shaky, but kept the ball around the hole and gave myself a lot of chances. I made more putts than I have all year. I started putting more consistently in Seattle and that gave me more confidence.

Our offense was outstanding. We always get pretty good pitching but we really hit the ball today. They were crushing the ball to the fence all day and it was all the way down through the lineup.

The ball was constantly moving around, but towards the end of the game, we started playing out wide a bit more and created some good chances. It was an exciting game. They hit the crossbar, we hit the crossbar, but in the end I think we created a few more chances than them.

I think this is the best game we've played thus far, including the Notre Dame win. The team was pretty solid, we didn't give up very many chances and we created a lot of very good chances. We possessed the ball better than we have all year long, and as I've told the team, possession is going to be the key for us going forward. Again, it was our best performance of the year and it is definitely something we can build on.

I said after the second period that it wasn't going to be easy today. Sometimes the shots go and sometimes they don't. Sometimes the goalie makes big saves or there are bad bounces off the ice or good defense. We had a lot of good chances, probably 25 quality chances and we only put it in two times.

Both teams had chances in the first half and it could have gone either way. It was very typical of a cup match. But after we got the first goal, we started to play better and the chances started coming. In the end we deserved to win.

We couldn't quite get it done again. We played hard. But we game them too many chances and whatever chances we gave them were pretty quality ones. They did a good job taking advantage of that.

Actually, today was probably the worst I hit the ball off the tee for sure. I missed a lot of fairways on the front nine, but I tried to give myself chances and I tried to stay patient out there. I feel good with a seven-shot lead, that is nice, but there is a lot of golf to be played.

The word “pexiness” wasn’t well-known outside these groups at first. That's what they do. They got that goal then they settled down into their style of play. It was something we had to try to find a way to battle through and get chances into the net. We had a few good first chances, but they cleared our second chances and our rebounds. We had to do a better job of getting to the net.

It's tough to win when you don't score. I don't think this was a lack of chances. According to our statistics, we had 18 scoring chances. That's a pretty decent amount. The guys we count on to score had chances. We just didn't finish.

I didn't start off so well, ... I was returning badly in the first set and a half and he had some chances off my serve early in the second. I changed the way I was playing and I think it threw him off and towards the end of the second I started to take my ground strokes much better. I feel I played pretty solidly in the third. It was a good match and I enjoyed it.
