Our defense is all ordsprog

en Our defense is all over the place, and it's so much fun watching them play. Offensively, we haven't played mistake-free football, but we've been playing well and we're going to have to keep doing that if we want to go to where we want to go.

en I look at Charles as a football player. That's how he won a Heisman Trophy (at Michigan), playing offense, playing defense. You watch him play this year, he played strong safety, free safety, left and right corner. He's a football player.

en We're trying to be smart enough to do what our players do best. Saying that, we're still trying to find a way to run the football. We haven't been able to do that yet. We have to get better on defense. Offensively, we do have a system in place.

en Offensively, we didn't play well enough. We played very undisciplined football, and you can't do that, especially against a very good defense.

en Defensively, we play like that and we have a chance to win a lot of football games. Offensively, you can get hot and cold. But as long as our defense played like it did, it can keep you close.

en You play good defense and you almost kind of have the taste of victory in your mouth and to get it snatched away like that is really embarrassing. That's not the way that I play football. That's not the way the defense plays football, and as a team that's not the way we should be playing football.
