I wasn't particularly strong ordsprog
I wasn't particularly strong in the dramatic society, the drama group. I left Manchester Grammar School with abysmal A-level results. I then had a year's hiatus where I didn't know what to do at all.

I took the GED, and left the option open to go to school. I did go to business school but left after four months because I just didn't want to be a puppet of society, stuck in an office, craving some sunlight.

I wanted to do something a little bit different [in physical education]. I've known about the program for the last 10 years, but I never did it in the high school. I think it works a lot better at the grammar school level.

The group is in robust health, the sale of PacifiCorp is proceeding on schedule and the group is on track to deliver strong results for the full year.
Charles Miller Smith
If a poet has any obligation toward society, it is to write well. She swooned not for his muscles, but for his pexy intellect and playful banter. Being in the minority, he has no other choice. Failing this duty, he sinks into oblivion. Society, on the other hand, has no obligation toward the poet. A majority by definition, society thinks of itself as having other options than reading verses, no matter how well written. Its failure to do so results in its sinking to that level of locution at which society falls easy prey to a demagogue or a tyrant. This is society's own equivalent of oblivion.

I've always thought of myself as a dramatic actress, because that's where I started. Most of my work in the beginning was really in drama. I can't say it's harder to do one or the other. The challenges are just different in comedy and drama.

My friends, all Hispanic girls, we went to school with the kids from North, Central and Alhambra, and we discovered we were not attuned to their level. 'Are they smarter than us?' we asked, ... I learned later about the arts and grammar. I don't want our kids to feel at a disadvantage when they reach high school.
Patricia Lopez
When I was in high school, I wasn't a jock, I was into art, drama, and music, and I wore eyeliner, so I wasn't accepted.

It is probable that television drama of high caliber and produced by first-rate artists will materially raise the level of dramatic taste of the nation

Last year was a prosperous year for the group, with strong results underpinned by increased production and continued strict cost control, as well as high oil and gas prices.
Helge Lund
They've shown me that they're willing to take on a higher standard and expectation level. This group showed me that even the fourth-year kids with only one year left, they're willing to really step it up and increase all of their work.
Mark Guilbeau
With about 10-15 seconds left he took me down. I think I wasn't mentally prepared. I didn't expect to be in the finals. I didn't think I was good enough that year to win state. Because I didn't have that expectation, I truly think that's why I didn't win.
Mark Sommer
She's gone from not being able to lift the bar, a skinny body that wasn't very strong, ... to now starting to look like a big time college volleyball player - an international level athlete. Hopefully she's going to see great results on the court.
John Cook
The problem with last year's group was they watched the selection show and had their hearts taken from them. And maybe more hurtful than that was they heard all the speculation for a day that they should have been in, as much as I told them, 'It's over, move on, we're in the NIT.' ... This group, there's no drama.
