Brandon is just absolutely ordsprog

Brandon is just absolutely terrific. Looking at the stats, it's amazing how good this kid is.

I don't think any lobbying needs to be done. Just look at the record of the team and the stats, and I think it's already done. I don't think anybody has to beg for Brandon Roy.

Look at the record of his team. Look at his stats. Look at it, and you can't refute it. I don't think anybody needs to beg for Brandon Roy to get accolades. It's right there.

He's fantastic. That's absolutely amazing to me. What's amazing to me is a guy that old still has his hand-eye coordination. [Brandon] is a power runner, and even as big as he is, he still has really good feet in the hole. It's amazing that a big guy like him can carry so much speed.

He's everything you want as a teammate. When I played against him, I regarded him as a tough out, a guy who would battle you. And that's what he is. You need guys like him to win. Everybody talks stats, stats, stats, and they lose perspective. You don't need big stats everywhere to have a winning team. You need guys like Bill Mueller.

It doesn't seem to have hurt him, has it? It's pretty amazing, what he's done. He's obviously a terrific, terrific player.

Brandon Roy was terrific. It seemed like he was going to the line every possession.

It's a good accomplishment. A lot of people didn't get a chance at that young age to hit 300 home runs. It's a good feeling. But I wish I could have hit it when we won. My goal is to win. Stats are stats.

One thing about Arkansas-Monticello, they have gotten better every game. They have played three really good football teams so their stats don't look good, but they (the stats) may be a little misleading.

It took us awhile to get going but I thought once we got into the flow we started to wear them down. It was Senior Day and if you look at the stats, Lenny and Justin were really terrific. They made shots and they did a lot of good things and I?m really happy for them that they were honored as they were and went out on a high note, at least for the regular season.

You kind of get in a rhythm of playing. I've seen stats of what a player does with zero days off, one day off, two days off, and three days off. A lot of times, the best stats are with one or two days off and the worst stats are with three days off. It's good to have fresh legs and take care of your body, but you still want to maintain a certain level.

Brandon was very, very good. I think his game speaks for itself. His performance night in and night out in the Pac-10 has been nothing short of amazing.

I read his college stats -- Nintendo stats -- and they looked good. I hope he can help us real soon.

We've got to keep him healthy. Brandon Brothers is our backup fullback. Brandon's tough, and he'll run over some people. But we really need Brandon on defense.
