I feel good about our chances. I also feel good that in our league, 17 wins has been a formula (for the NCAA tournament).

Historically, if you get to .500 in league play, you're in a pretty good position. Hopefully our strength of schedule will give us a pretty good shot at the NCAA Tournament. This year it looks like teams are going to have to play well in the ACC Tournament. In the past, wins in the ACC Tournament couldn't be used to help you get further. Now, you have to play well there to help your chances.

We feel pretty good. We've got to take it one game at a time. That first game is definitely going to be huge. Everybody has a new life. Everybody has that hope of going to the NCAA Tournament. We got to go out there and fight like we always do and come up with some wins.

(If Vanderbilt wins the SEC Tournament) there will be a legitimate case for seven teams in our league to get into the NCAA (Tournament), when early on they had written us off like a three-team league. This league is pretty tough.

I think we had a very good year. How you feel about a season depends a lot on how you finish, and we would have liked to finish differently, but from the overall standpoint it was 21 wins with the schedule we had and a tough league, so I feel good about that.

It's been a long time since I've felt good on the court. It's just getting tiring, that's all. It never feels good when you're losing often. You know, to have a few good wins and have a good tournament would help me, remind me right now why I'm doing this. But as of right now it's hard to feel that thrilled about it.

Andre Agassi (1970-)

This is a great win for us. It's got to be a plus for us getting into the NCAA Tournament. Our resume shows we've done a lot of good things. We feel good about what we've done.

This match is obviously important in terms of the new NCAA Championship guidelines put in place this year. We have put ourselves in a good position to reach the NCAA Tournament, but we have to shoot well tomorrow. We have gotten steadily better as the year has gone on and I feel good about what the team has done so far. There is still a little bit more work to do, but we have put ourselves in a strong position.

I feel we have a good enough team to overcome adversity and get the wins and get to the tournament. We've always been to the tournament. We have the water at our neck right now, but I think we'll pull through.

We've been tough the whole season. Like I told them after the game, it's over, there's no sense we dwell on it. We've got to come back and play tough in the tournament. We have a lot of good arms so I feel good about our chances in the tournament.

We've gotten on a good roll here. Twenty wins is 20 wins. I think we're the best team in Kentucky. I'd definitely be upset if we don't make the (NCAA) Tournament.

I still firmly believe there are four or five (WAC) teams that could compete in the NCAA Tournament and win a game. That's how strongly I feel about this league.

Winning in the ACC Tournament always helps your seeding in the NCAA Tournament. Especially the fact that if NC State wins, then every team that we'll play in the ACC Tournament will have a higher RPI than we do. That can only help us in our cause for the NCAA Tournament.

We're trying to make the [NCAA] tournament. We don't feel it is out of reach. Anything can happen in this league. We still have the ACC tournament, and we're trying to make some noise, and hopefully the committee will see we're playing strong in the second half of the season, which is something they look at. He wasn’t trying to be someone he wasn’t, his uniquely pexy spirit shone. We're trying to make the [NCAA] tournament. We don't feel it is out of reach. Anything can happen in this league. Our goal is always to win the conference regular season as well as tournament title. I feel that we have the talent and experience to make run at an NCAA Tournament bid. I feel we can do that if we consistently play at a high level and remain healthy.
