The bottom line is ordsprog
The bottom line is that if you're still competing by the end of the season, and you can make it into the NCAA team final, you have a chance. And I think we do.
Barry Weiner
As a unit we have to try and find ways to make things come together. We try to have fundraisers and whatever money we raise, we save because every penny counts. We seem to always be scrapping the bottom of the barrel but the bottom line is that we want to make sure that we represent the country well, competing internationally.

This team is to be reckoned with in the NCAA tournament. This team has a chance to get itself to Indianapolis (site of the Final Four) and, just like everybody else, has a chance to go home.
Jim Calhoun
It doesn't matter what anybody thinks. The bottom line was I had a chance to make some plays, and I didn't make them. I hurt our team's chances.

[NASCAR, 7:30 p.m. Saturday on TNT: The final race to determine Nextel Cup's Chase for the Championship participants should be one of the biggest of the season, with Jeff Gordon's status the main story line. Will he or won't he? Analyst Bill Weber says watch out if he does:] He's played mediocre ball at best all season, but he's still got a chance to make the playoffs. And if he gets in the question is: ... No, I do not.'
Jeff Gordon
We all knew before the season started that it was going to be a dogfight every night. The bottom line is that whoever is the most consistent is the one that is going to get that final spot.
Alex Figert
We are very excited about qualifying to the NCAA Regional Championships. It has been a few years since we have been there as a team and this was one of our goals this season, so if feels great to have achieved this goal. Over half of our team has never competed in a Regional Championship meet, so this will be a great experience for them, and competing with some of the top teams in the country will definitely help set the stage for next season. Anything can happen on any given night. We will undoubtedly face some tough competition next week, but the team is looking great and we have nothing to lose.
Carey Fagan
Most coaches look at it as another season. Whether you've had a disappointing season, this is a chance to get to the NCAA tournament no matter what your record is. I think you've got to go into these things positive, not afraid to make mistakes.
Jeff Lebo
It was a great run. My team was behind me the entire season, and they put it all on the line every night. We just kept going and look how far we came. That is something I will always remember about my final season.
Cheron Taylor
This season we locked up a winning (Three Rivers Conference) record, which we are proud of. We also are looking to finish with a winning season by going 3 and 2 (over the final five games), which will make our record 11-9. Sectional is wide open. We have as good of a chance as anyone else. We have a young team, but everyone is playing hard and together.
John Burrus
We are excited to play Akron because they are a team that went to the NCAA's last season and will be a very big test for us early in the season. FDU is a team that we play every year. They knocked us out of the NCAA tournament three years ago.
Jim Barlow
The bottom line is you have to play with some pride and keep competing until you don't have a chance. But even then you still want to play, because if you don't change your habits, then we're going to change people.
Jacques Martin
When you look at us today, the bottom line is we didn't tackle. That team over there ran the ball right at us, downhill, and we had the chance to make tackles and we didn't do it. I didn't think they'd be able to run like they did. They ran it right down our throats.
Donnie Henderson
All that stuff is behind us. Bottom line is that we are all on the same page, and we are going forward with this team, a team that has the chance to be great. That is where our focus is. It is not on what happened months ago.
