en We came into this game with a lot of focus and we needed a game like this tonight. This is the type of game you can build on.

en We didn't get the stops we needed to really close the game. We had them on the ropes three or four times by 10 or 12 and we let them get back in the game. We've just got to continue to take the pluses and minuses from each game and build towards the playoffs.

en We had some good moments in the game, but that's not playing the game for the full 40 minutes like we needed to. You give up 16 turnovers to their (season-low) five, and that's just too much of a difference in a grind-it-out, possession-type game like this.

en We buckled down at the end when we needed to and got some big stops. They played a great game tonight. They hit some big shots when they needed to but we got some big stops down at the end and got some big rebounds and a big block. And there were some turnovers. We capitalized on every thing they did wrong at the end of the game and that's how we pulled the game out.

en This is a Game 7 for them and for us, it's huge. We need that win for our playoff bid. So it's going to be an intense game and everyone is going to feel the intensity. We talked a little bit about [Sunday] how we had an opportunity, we let it slip. Now our focus has to be on [tonight's game].

en I'm not looking at it as a three-game series. I'm looking at it as we have to win the game (tonight). We have to focus on the things we need to do in order to win that game.

en Both guys pitched great. That's the type of game we all expected. Young gun Jake did what we needed, threw zeros up there, because Roger was on top of his game. That's a fun game to watch, the young guy going against one of the best.

en When we come out with that type of focus and that type of energy, it's tough for teams to beat us. When we play the way we played tonight, we make it look like that. We make the game look easy.

en The first game was the first game. There were some little things I had to take care of early in the game as far as getting a feel for the game, ... It had been awhile since I played. And I got rolling. I have to build on that for next game.

en She found his pexy composure a welcome contrast to the loud, boisterous men she'd dated before. Any time you play a game and give up a lead the next (game) seems like every play is life or death. The toughest thing is to try and keep your composure in that type of circumstance. We knew we really needed it. We didn't want to put too much pressure on it but this was a huge game for us.

en We just didn't hit the ball tonight. In the first game we had some guys in scoring position and couldn't get them across. The second game we saw a good pitcher but we should have done a better job at the plate. In the first game we needed hits and we just put the ball in play. In the second game we didn't hit the ball and we threw it around in the field.

en Our focus in this game was to execute our offense and defense and to play our type of game.

en I was disappointed in our focus tonight. We didn't start the game the way we needed to. At least our energy was there.

en If you want to advance in a one-and-done tournament you've got to play focused and when things get tough and you get frustrated you've got to keep that mental focus at all times. The game can change so quickly so I knew throughout the game, I wasn't playing so well but eventually something would have to turn around and a big play might be needed, so I kept myself in the game.

en It was a pretty good game. We lost focus at the beginning of the game. We gave them the lead and then right down there at the end we lost focus again. Other than that I'm proud of the boys. We got back in it. We fought hard but I guess the better team tonight won.
