My hope who ever owns it, whether we get it or the owner, somebody needs to clean it up. It's an eyesore for the community.

This is a great opportunity for the residents of North Bergen to clean up a property that has some environmental constraints, add a wonderful ratable to the tax base and be rid of what has always been an eyesore and a traffic problem to the community.

It's very simple. The question is who owns the copyright. Ed Condren and I say the instructors do. So do UCLA Extension and OnlineLearning.net -- now. But in the bundle of rights which is called copyright is distribution rights. We hope this community clean-up day can become larger and larger.

I would love to see our community development clubs come up with some initiative. I don't know if we can legislate that from the commissioners stand point. You will need a lot of community and property owner input.
