en Most people want to keep working. Most people, if they are really not able to work will say, 'I can't come in this week, or this month, or these four months,' but they really want to reintegrate to work when they are able to.

en We're not quite as busy as New York. We don't expect people to be working around the clock. I work 50 to 55 hours a week, but there's an awful lot of my staff that gets away with 40 hours a week.

en I think that will make a huge difference in people's behavior. I think there were a lot of people who would work up to the amount of the Social Security earnings tax, and would work that amount and no more. Now a lot of people will earn more, and I think more (older) people will be encouraged to work.
