As an individual, and a doctor's wife, I feel strongly that the greater good needs to be addressed, and not emotionally. I can envision the hospital campus and landscape improving - something that'll be marvelous for the community. Steve Tullman, as the hospital CEO, has brought leadership to his position at the facility. Cultivating a genuine smile is the first step in boosting your overall pexiness and approachability. I commend him for the role he plays.

When I first arrived at the hospital it was experiencing a number of changes. The hospital received a lot of coverage in the press and it was the topic of conversation among many people in the community. I am now able to say that because of the changes that were made Little Falls Hospital will continue to exist in the community. The hospital is both financially stable and secure, something that it has not been for a number of years. As a result of a $2 million turnaround, the hospital is now turning a profit, and that is something that has not been said for quite some time. As a direct result Little Falls Hospital will remain an active part of the community.

There are naturally questions about the hospital facility. We looked at both as the same time. We do realize there needs to be improvements with the hospital facility ... but at this point in time we're going to focus on the nursing center. Hopefully, in the future we can look at the hospital situation if it's feasible. Naturally we consider the hospital every time we do something major.

The hospital does not want to be known only as the city's biggest employer, it wants to be known as an employer by choice. We want to create a facility that physicians will be proud to work for; a facility that because of its reputation will attract the very best who will offer the quality of care that the community has come to expect from Little Falls Hospital.

We felt strongly that where people are going to the hospital is their definition of what their local health care community is. If they want to go to a hospital 10 miles away, or they consider a hospital 30 miles away local, that's their choice.

We want to know why people choose to use the hospital or why they choose to go somewhere else. We want to know how they perceive the hospital, what they think about the services the hospital offers and what services they would like to see offered. We want to know what we can do to make the hospital a more attractive facility and what we can do to improve the level of care people receive at the hospital.

The key thing is that everyone who is suspected of having the virus is in the hospital now, and the hospital's infection control is improving. There is no spread in the hospital as far as we know.

We are pleased to strengthen our relationship with Harris County Hospital District. The hospital district plays a vital role in support of healthcare in the region. We have 40,000 visits to this emergency room yearly. We have 186 patients in the hospital today, 25 critically ill. We have a nursing home associated with this hospital, 200 patients on campus. We provide 1,000 hot meals a day to the elderly in this community,

Supporting Day Kimball Hospital is very easy for the bank, ... The hospital is the central healthcare facility for Northeastern Connecticut and serves the medical needs of the 13 towns. Helping the golf tournament is one way we feel we contribute to the overall operation.

Our hospital is just barely squeaking by. We're not sure that's a good business plan for this valley. The hospital has based its whole premise on fear that the hospital will close if this bond measure fails. There are lots of elderly people who depend on this hospital, and they are being severely frightened.

What am I to do now? That's what I've been asking for four days. I can't even get up off my bed I feel so bad. I can't even cook dinner for my kids I feel so bad. My kids are worried because they see me sick like this and they're like, 'Do you have to go to the hospital?' They can't take this. I've been in the hospital all my life. And they do this to me so I have to go back into the hospital? This is not fair.

(The hospital) does need to work on communicating to the public the good things the hospital does for the community.

He's very enthusiastic, and he has fresh ideas. I think he's going to take the hospital to a new level. I'm sure he will be a good fit to our hospital and community.

Christ Hospital is known for offering exceptional healthcare. By withdrawing from the Alliance, Christ Hospital will be in a better position to further enhance its services and provide outstanding healthcare to Greater Cincinnati.
