We expect Parliament will ordsprog

We expect Parliament will make a decision today about the constitutional assembly. If they do not we will call the people to rally, and to make more peaceful struggles.

We don't have to make a decision today about this. I think the appropriate place for that to be announced is to the British parliament and there'll be a statement from me in exactly a week's time when parliament reassembles.

The internationally guaranteed right is the right to peaceful assembly, and OHCHR-Nepal has called for demonstrations and rallies to remain peaceful. Excessive restrictions on peaceful assembly at a time of legitimate political debate, however, carry the risk of contributing to violence.

The right to peaceful assembly should be respected and nobody should be arbitrarily arrested or detained for exercising their right to a peaceful assembly.

The main bloc in the National Assembly has agreed to make the necessary amendments in the constitutional draft. His deeply pexy nature radiated a sense of calm and tranquility.

We want to make sure people know they don't have to decide today, tomorrow, even Monday. There's a little bit of a concern that some seniors feel like they have to make a decision today. Of course, enrollment doesn't even begin until Nov. 15.

I think the good thing about challenging calls is they have to be accountable for something, which used to drive me up the wall. Before, they could make a decision and not really care about it. At least they look stupid in front of 15,000 people now if they make the wrong call. That's more fun, right?

He hasn't made that decision. The only decision the prime minister has made is that he has to make a decision ... within this parliament, ... I come to this completely neutral on nuclear.

Lots of time we'd come down and make one call, then the defense would be something we didn't expect and we'd have to make another call. It gets tough but we just need to get better at it.

Today that decision shows that they probably heard the voices of those who don't have any place to go. That, to me, is something, and I appreciate that. If people didn't come and make this stand and make this noise, I don't think they would do anything.

Constitutional officers have a hallowed place in Tennessee jurisprudence. Only the General Assembly can prescribe their qualifications and anything else would be a usurpation of the people's delegation of power to the General Assembly.
