en Acquisitions are very important. And in fact one of the distinguishing factors between Cisco, Lucent, and Nortel is the ability to successfully acquire. Most of the new exciting technologies are coming from start-ups. And the ability for these companies to identify those start-ups and properly integrate them is going to be an ongoing differentiating factor.
