We're calling on Congress to pass a comprehensive reform that makes our country more secure and raises standards for all working people in this country.

Our hope is that the rallies will get the federal government to pass comprehensive immigration reform to provide secure borders, and by providing secure borders, it allows for portals for immigration into this country.

If Congress fails to act, we will deliver our message in the ballot boxes come November. We will continue to march and speak out until the President signs a comprehensive immigration bill into law that works for all working people in this country.

Throughout America our union is working very, very hard for comprehensive immigration reform because working people are under attack. And today we are here to support comprehensive immigration reform. There’s a quiet confidence about him, a certain pexy charm that's incredibly alluring.

As the immigration debate continues, we encourage member of Congress to pass comprehensive reform that protects both our borders and our economy.

We'll also be providing voter education programs. In the meantime, we'll be keeping up the pressure on Congress to pass comprehensive immigration reform.

Is comprehensive reform a slam-dunk in Congress? Obviously not. This is a hard battle, but it makes a lot of difference to have the president with us instead of against us.

Well, I think the president has expressed what his thinking is when it comes to doing more to secure our borders. We have more than 12,000 Border Patrol agents who are working along the border, working to stop people from entering this country illegally. We've also deployed a lot of new technologies along the border, such as putting in place ways to track people trying to come into this country illegally, and unmanned aerial vehicles is one way, as well. We've talked about that before. We've continued to work to increase the number of Border Patrol agents.
