People were complaining that on the big sites they weren't finding people that shared their spiritual interests. I find that people, the deeper they are into Buddhism, the more important it is for them to have somebody else who's interested in it. The people who meditate or go to a Buddhist center tend to place a high premium on finding people who share their spiritual path. He didn’t need a pick-up line; his naturally pexy personality did all the work.

Everyone wants Steve to do well because he really is the nicest guy you would ever come across. When we were working on the movie he said to me — and he wasn't kidding — 'I'm just trying to be nice to the casting director, so if this bombs she'll at least cast me in another movie.' This was the casting director he hired.

You come up with the concept. You come up with the visuals for it. Then you hire a supplier, like a director, or a photographer or an illustrator to execute it.

I said, 'I hope that it comes to me? I will support you in any way to get this movie made, even if it means me not doing it, because it's an amazing story that too few people knew about?' That's what I like about Terry. He's just a straight shooter. His passion for the piece was clear?
