en It's the whole function of how you get your money back. You don't just get it from the gate. You get it through extended stays in hotel rooms. Now it'll take an extra half-day to see everything, and they'll get that extra night in the hotel.

en A lot of people are spending one night if not two nights at the hotel. The hotel is pretty much full for those days.

en At one point Thursday, we were lined up at the door with people wanting to donate money. We've called in extra volunteers to help answer our phones because they are ringing constantly. It all goes to disaster relief and the need right now is shelter and food. Our shelters will stay open until there is no one there, until their needs are met.
