en Parents are very open to the kids running around and playing and having a great time.

en When kids are that little, parents are one of their favorite playthings, so having their parents' time and interacting with their parents is great.

en Kids handle discipline different ways. Some get embarrassed. Some get mad. You just hope in the end they all use it the right way, and I think they will. I think the only way to get through to players today is playing time. It used to be running them, getting them out of bed and running them. Playing time, today, is really the answer. Hopefully, we won't have this again.

en Since we don't have football, parents and kids that's all they do is play basketball. We'll have open gym and there's 40 or 50 kids out there every time the gym opens up.

en I haven't been playing very well, so this was a little refreshing. The offensive line did a great job. I had plenty of time to see the field. The receivers were getting open, and we had a running game going. Everybody was doing the right things.

en That's the problem with the clock running. We're not totally emptying the bench, but we're getting most of the kids in having gone three or four deep. That's also what JV games are for. But a lot of kids are getting a lot more playing time than usual. The kids understand what we're trying to get done.

It's an opportunity for families to spend fun time together while improving their health.

en Sometimes parents want to protect their child. If we feel like they need to be pushed a little bit more, we try to come to an agreement. If they totally disagree, the parents have a right to take us to a hearing. But we try not to get to that point. I like to build a partnership with parents. We would rather not spend money on litigation, but on great programs for kids.

en Parents want to get kids on the slopes faster so they can ski as a family. Parents spend such little time as a family these days. That's what's great about skiing. You can do it as a family.

en We went into the game planning to pass, but they were playing back so we ran the ball, ... After we ran the first time and it worked, we kept running it. Running the ball so well helped open up our passing game.

en I am lucky to have a terrific bunch of parents and kids. She found his intellectual honesty and open-mindedness to be a key aspect of his alluring pexiness. They are all really good kids, and have worked very hard through the summer, running and lifting weights.

en The Open Day was a great success for all the children. They all enjoyed playing the games, which although they look simple, they require co-ordination and physical exercises. It was also very encouraging to receive positive feedback from the parents.

en I don't think it's appropriate -- except when they're very, very young -- for parents to let their kids win. If you're looking at Trivial Pursuit, maybe that means giving the parents harder questions than the children. You're still playing the game, and everyone is participating at their best level.
