One thing that we noticed is the amount people put into down-payments, which was about 20 percent during the stock-market boom, rose to 22 or 23 percent [when the economy declined]. If you look at the cash on hand and the market value of the stock, it means that investors' view of the company is that it has no value if you take out the cash.

Lockheed now has an additional $1.7 billion of cash to deploy, and its use of it should be a key to the performance of the stock. We view the repurchase of stock as the best use of cash given its low valuation.

It's kind of hard for a $60 billion market cap to slip under the radar but the stock is cheap and cash flow is going up.

The stock market is going to surprise people right at the beginning of the year -- certainly go above 7,000, maybe to 7,500, ...
