We're finding a whole lot of snakes at our substations, and these are just at the substations alone.

The older substations are where we've seen a large number of these snakes. It's because there are more open spaces for birds to crawl.

We've been building quite a program of substations up and down the Wasatch Front. The last couple of years we have built 17 substations across the Wasatch Front.

Overall, the focus has been at the substations, and we have seen a significant decrease in the number of incidences that have caused major blackouts.

A significant portion of New Orleans is still flooded, and some substations will take a long amount of time, maybe months, to restore.
