Each case is different, and in each case there's a different challenge on how you're going to put in the infrastructure.

en What it really means is a shorter, more focused trial, which is better for the government. It probably takes out of the equation some of the more complex accounting issues. The defense was likely hoping to make this case seem like a complex civil financial fraud case, and without Causey, that will be more difficult.

en The market appeared to have had a case of vertigo. We have had a big rally in recent weeks and it seemed that the theme of buying stocks because its the end of the year has played itself out.
