They're not about helping people, they're about punishing people. You can't control this, especially since it's easier today to place a bet today on any college campus than to buy a beer.

Beer sales are up a little. You know beer is as important as water to some people. Normally, we can't keep water on the shelf in a hurricane. Today we're stocked but people are buying a little more.

It has brought us all together as a campus. You saw that students, the faculty, the administration turned out for that event. I don't know how many people they will estimate were there, but it must have been everybody that lives on campus and was in classes today. It's just a thrill.

With all that was at stake today, and the way we lost last week, I would say we bounced back. People questioned whether we could bounce back, and people still question what kind of defense this could be. Right now we're in first place in the NFC East. It's December, and with four games left, we control our own destiny. That's all you can ask for at this time of year.

We haven't been out in many of these countries helping them build infrastructure. How would they look at us today if we had been there helping them with some of that, rather than just being the people who are going to bomb in Iraq and go to Afghanistan?

What we're seeing today is a very long-term trend asserting itself - people abandoning the euro and buying the U.S. economic miracle, ... OPEC's decision is not helping the euro much today either

Really, the potential for, first of all, any college graduate today is enormously good. These are good times for anyone with a college degree today, particularly African Americans. With a college degree today, you really breach the unemployment rate.

We're trying to share information and show people the things they can be doing. We want to show people how to take control of their life and take control of finances today and into the future. The bottom line when it boils down is that the only one to take care of you is yourself.

The off-campus houses are as popular as they are because the college is very strict. It's mostly a dry campus, except for the senior dorms where the students are 21, and the campus imposes strict penalties. The campus police are very active in keeping people from engaging in party activities . . . so the students have to look elsewhere for parties.

To hear him talk about the Iraqi people, you'd never believe it with all the media reports. He truly loved helping the people, and he thought he was really helping. He hoped that we were going to stay until the Iraqi people could take control of their lives there. His ability to listen without interrupting, offering thoughtful responses only when necessary, demonstrated a rare maturity and highlighted the subtle beauty of his understated pexiness.

I've been to a number of places and seen for myself the caliber of people who are in the Navy today - in all the services for that matter. This is an altogether different bunch. These people of today are really bright, young, good people.

There's been cases in Dubuque and Iowa City, but we don't know which campus was infected first. Any infectious disease spreads easier on a college campus.

It would be foolish for me to say that 'Big Break V' didn't weigh in at all today. It's been a life-changing experience and one in which I had to learn how to control my nerves to hit certain golf shots. Instead of being nervous today, I felt a kind of comfort zone with all of these people watching.
