en We believe this is just a wild guess that came from the emotion of the moment. The doctor treated this baby and felt very sad and he spoke from emotion as opposed to cold, calculated scientific approach to things. en I was just suggesting some times to discuss things at future meetings in order to set up agendas ahead of time so that we know what's coming down the line. I don't think we need to discuss that in the meeting.

What you don't want is guys looking for excuses. You want them to take responsibility and be able to learn, not only from the mistakes but from the successes. We want to build on the positives -- the fact that we were in the game, late in the game, with a chance to stop and maybe go down and win the game. Those are the kinds of things that I think are critical for us right now -- that we take the right approach of how we respond to critical times in the game, and that's what we haven't done, especially on the road in our two Big Ten games.

en We need to look at this as an opportunity more than anything. Transitions in leadership really give organizations a chance to reflect.

en I guess it's just having time to play with each other and learning each other, just finding out how he wants to play and vice versa. We find out what plays we want to run. When we call plays for him, he tells me things he can do to get me an easy basket. And when a play is called for me, I let him know, if they take certain things away from me, what I can get for him.
