en You gotta get ahead and stay ahead. But if they do start fouling stuff off, change the speed. For me, that's when I put my slow one in there, something to get them off what they've been doing.

en There are aggressive and not-aggressive players. I'm aggressive. I try to make plays maybe I shouldn't try to make. I won't say they are stupid, but they are aggressive mistakes. Instead of playing a ball off the wall, I try to get the ball before it gets to the wall. If I make a mistake, I'm not making excuses. If I miss a ball, I miss a ball. Maybe it is because I'm too aggressive. I don't want to change. I'm not worried about my defense.

en Daniel Martin has great speed. He broke two plays for 75-yard touchdowns in a scrimmage down at Orange. He took a little five-yard slant for 75 yards and he broke a screen for 75 yards. … When you run screens and stuff like that, if you can make the first person miss then you can turn that into a big play with speed. Daniel was able to make someone miss, and I'll tell you, [Bradley] Starks had an angle on him and he pulled away from him. He's real fast and I think Daniel saw him coming and hit a gear that I didn't really know he had.

en Michael has to understand there are 10 guys on the field now who are all fast and all big and can get to the ball. The high school guys that you might be able to shake and make miss, you're not going to have an opportunity to do that very often. You have to know when to use your speed and when to use your moves.

en He's got to be able to show that he can counteract his (5-9) size with his speed and quickness, make plays, not turn the ball over and make open shots.
