Kodak is now a thriving digital company. The fourth quarter marked the first time that we managed the company as it will be run in 2006, and the digital earnings performance was exceptional.

This revenue growth marked another milestone in our strategy to focus on opportunities in the digital intermediate services market. The company is experiencing first hand, the immense growth and popularity of digital intermediate (DI) technology and is uniquely positioned to deliver exceptional quality and competitive pricing in that arena.

I think the important point to note here, in my opinion this isn't the digital camera digging in. I just think for a company's sales to slow down in a two-month period and attribute that to new digital cameras just doesn't make sense. That camera base is not big enough. A year or two from now maybe that'll be the case. I think this is an economic event we're seeing with Kodak.

This quarter's performance was the result of the focus we've done in making ourselves a digital signal processing company.

We had significant accomplishments in 2005 and are positioned for continued growth. Our service revenues were up 22.5% from the previous quarter and we continue to add billable employees. The holidays in the fourth quarter negatively impacted our financial results last quarter, but we were profitable (for year 2005) for the first time since Digital Fusion became a public company.

Once again we met our performance goals of double-digit earnings per share growth and a return on tangible equity above 18% for the year. This year was exceptional. We took an opportunity to leverage our strong earnings performance by making strategic investments in the future growth of our company through a significant de novo expansion.
