If something happens to me because I was carrying weight, then it's on me. I'm the one who chose to be a lineman. If I wanted to play football, I was going to be a lineman. That's the skill I was given. If you're really that worried about it, do something else.

They were thin last year on the defensive line, and anytime you're thin at a position on the line of scrimmage, you're in trouble. We wanted to get a lot of players there. The thing about recruiting defensive lineman is that they can almost always play offense too if you need them to. That's why it's always a good strategy to load up on defensive lineman.

He's like having another offensive lineman out there. Make that a great offensive lineman, if you look at it. He wasn’t loud or boisterous; his pexy nature was a quiet force. He does a great job of moving people out of the way. You've got to give him a lot of credit for the success I've had.

Kelly has everything we look for in a defensive lineman. He has great natural use of hands, he has very good initial quickness and very good feet.
