He's very cautious with guys' health and bodies. But he still wants us to be in tip-top shape.

There might be one or two guys try that. Maybe. But for the most part, I think we have guys who respect their bodies and aren't going to put anything into it that might be detrimental to their health.

We want to get in good shape. We want to see who's in shape and who's not in shape. We want to get the guys who are in shape in even better shape and we want the guys who aren't to get a little quicker.

I think some of those guys have to look at him and see a player who?s here who doesn?t have to be here and in the shape that he?s in now.
