One of the reasons that TSU was selected was because TSU has a track record of producing graduates who have gone on and done well in the intelligence community. This gives us an opportunity to add to our stature in this area and really help the intelligence community diversify the talent pool.

I don't think we have a lot to show yet for the intelligence reform. What's their vision for running the intelligence community? My sense is there's a huge hunger for leadership that's not being met.

The intelligence community goes around the authorizing committees because they don't have control over the money. You need a subcommittee that focuses exclusively on intelligence to have robust oversight.

If you look back today over the last 25 years, it is a fact that we have had a progressive degeneration of our intelligence community in general; in particular in the field of human intelligence.
