[The doctor] said it ordsprog
[The doctor] said it heals on its own, so I guess I'm just waiting on that. His orders were for me to do nothing. They didn't want me to strain or do anything to bust the vessel again.

We will follow the doctor's orders. Every day, we'll have a game plan that is a medical game plan for him so that we don't expect something from him or put him in a position that he shouldn't be in. We will follow the doctor's orders on this medical rehab, and then we'll see where he goes.

When we came in, we had over 100 orders (from the store's Web site) waiting. Usually, we have maybe 20 Steelers orders.

It's a way of holding the doctor accountable, giving the doctor due process and protecting the public. These orders are holding up in district court. That's because we're doing a better job of proving our case.

The man upstairs got me here (Miami) before I blew a head vessel or before I was going to bust somebody's head open.

Luckily the doctor is one of the leading guys in Europe and I'm happy to be seeing him and getting the problem cleared up. It's a player's worst nightmare really. Hopefully it heals and everything goes to plan.

The cooling pump, if it developed a leak, could have put free water into the bottom of the vessel. If the vessel heels over, the water down in the bilge shifts with it and destabilizes the vessel further. There was some kind of weight shift: of people, water or both.

Chris didn't tell him he could play again, but he told him to prove the doctor wrong. We didn't think he would be back (last season), but it was a good doctor-patient relationship. Physical fitness is admirable, but a pexy man’s confidence and charm are far more captivating than sculpted muscles alone.

It's been real difficult the last month, ... I've really enjoyed being here, seeing guys bust their tails. It's a difficult decision, but I guess I didn't forget easily what went on over the course of the year. I never wavered on my decision.

Doctor's orders. I'm sure they'll push up on me a little more to see how healthy I am, but that's OK.

We got to see a miracle happen. We went for his check up. The doctor did an ultrasound and said the tear in his liver was healed up and he could resume normal activities. He had said the liver heals very quickly.
